Troubleshooting No User defined for service /sap/bc/contentserver in OAAD Transaction

1. While uploading Photo to the user, sometime we might get the user not defined for service /sap/bc/contentserver in OAAD Transaction.

 

2. Troubleshooting procedure as follows
     Goto SICF transaction

 

3. Click on execute button to view the service and navigate to default_host --> sap --> bc --> content server.

 

 4. Double click on the content server interface. It will take you to the below screen

 

5. Click on logon data as shown in the above image

 

6. Maintain the logon data for all the fields and save it.


Note: Here the user id which you are maintaining should have sap_all authorizations (Communication user is preferable) and make sure the service is in active state.
