Create a User in SAP

Go to the Transaction Code SU01

Now it will take you to the below screen. Fill the required fields. Here, Last name is mandatory field.

After filling the details click on logon data tab. 

Select the user type, group, validity period from date and to date.

Set the initial password and move to defaults tab. Password field is mandatory in above screen.

 

Select the formats based on user requirement. If the user need printer accesses then fill the output device field with the printer Name which have configured in SPAD and select the check boxes (output immediately & Delete after output) based on requirement. Move to Roles tab

Select the roles based on requirement and click enter button. Then move to profiles tab.

Select the profiles if you need to add some other profiles otherwise it will automatically generate the profiles based on the roles which you have entered.

Switch to groups tab. To assign the user group for the user

Switch to License data tab. Select the user license from the drop down box.

Once check the provided information once and click on save button.
