How to add an user defined directory in AL11 Transaction

1. Login to the Operating System level and create a directory

2. Login to SAP and goto the transaction AL11

3. Click on Manage button which is shown in the above picture then it will take you to the below screen.

4.Click on Create button which is shown in the above picture. Then it will ask for the Name, Path and the valid servers name.
If you want to give access to all the server then select the all option otherwise, select the specific server name from the list.

5. Click on save button

6. Now, goto the transaction AL11 to see the added directory in the list

7. Double click on the directory to view the files present on it.

8. Double click on the file to view the content on it.

Note: AL11 is Read-only. We can't write the files by using it.
